      Pros

      A lot of exciting new projects to work on and it's a real pleasure working at a company whose product customers LOVE.

      Cons

      No bonus, lack of transparency, leadership, a lot of working in silos, and not that much potential to grow. Seems like we kept hiring people to fill roles instead of promoting from within.

      Growing company that has a lot of opportunity.

      Cons

      Company has grown too quick and the leaderships maturity level hasn't been able to keep up. The people in leadership positions don't actually know what they're doing and it's very evident. The more you cozy up to leadership the better off you will be at a place like this.
