Pros

- Nice people. You can openly talk with anyone without any second thought. - Positive culture. The rules that are declared openly and pointed as our guiding principles improve the climate across the org. - No pressure. If you deliver, if you are good asset to the team then there are no questions from the leadership and peers to you. - Competitive salary. In Berlin you can expect from 100k for Senior Software Developer position.

Cons

- Not too many perks. Language learning (100 EUR) and commute (100EUR) per month. Plus one-time initial 400 EUR for home office. - Unexpected and sudden layoffs. Which kind of very common nowadays.

Pros

The people at Miro are amazing: Kind, talented, and genuinely great to work with. You’ll learn a lot from them, and they’re definitely the Miro's biggest asset.

Cons

Sadly, what you see on the outside doesn’t match the reality inside. If you’re an investor or thinking of joining, you might want to think twice. Over the past six months, the company has taken a nosedive. - Hard work isn’t rewarded, and the culture has become toxic and unsupportive. - Leadership rolled out this weird “Mindset Framework” that puts employees into rigid boxes. Some incredibly talented people were let go just because they didn’t "fit the mold" or dared to speak their minds. - DEI is not a priority at all - There’s no clear direction or vision anymore. It feels like a sinking ship.
