Pros
- First, and the most important for me at this point, is the support of Ukrainian Mironeers. The company offered significant compensation for everyone who was in Ukraine the moment the war started. As someone affected, I felt a bit safer in terms of at least my financial situation. Also, everyday communication is excellent as well. The most important for my manager and Miro is that I am safe. No one pushed me to start working as soon as possible; I was able to take as much time as needed to adapt, relocate, and get things done. And this is something to appreciate. - Miro sets high goals, but the company gives you everything needed to achieve them, and you can be flexible and creative. - Relocation package is great
