Pros

Strong focus on culture and diversity. Great benefits package.

Cons

Atrocious sales leadership throughout the entire organization. They brought in a new leadership team (AMER region) from LinkedIn and are the very best at micromanagement, pointless meetings and placing more value on activity over productivity. This is a "good old boys" network (hiring former frat buddies) and none of them have real sales leadership experience, but love to talk strategy. This is a comedy show and almost every salesperson is searching for a new position.

Work life balance and pay is good for the location

Cons

Currently it doesn't seem like there is much vision for the company. Especially with enterprise products struggling right now across the market. Career growth limited since everyone in analytics is the same level
