- Great product - Good base salary - No overtimes - Home office bonus during covid - Compensation of public transport - Free lunch and sometime breakfast in the office.

Cons

- Micromanagement from all levels of engineering leadership - Top-Down technical decisions from CTO to feature teams - High level of bureaucracy, as in large enterprise companies - Bad tooling, which makes day-to-day engineering job incredibly difficult - Bad engineering culture which is hard to change because of constant pressure about deadlines - Hybrid-office strategy: 2-3 mandatory days in the office instead of a full remote - Non-competitive total compensation.

- strong engineering culture with focus on developer experience - helpful, friendly, high-skilled and passionate co-workers - culture values are taken into account in a daily work and aren't just some corporate buzzwords - interesting product with a lot of different areas to work on - good work/life balance, lots of opportunities to have fun while working on challenging problems

Cons

- there's still some legacy codebase left and some developer tooling needs improving (although there's a lot of work going on to fix it - see point about focus on developer experience, so things should improve with time) - typical issues for a company which went through high growth, lots of new people and teams, some teams aren't complete yet, no clear ownership between the teams, sometimes teams can work independently on very similar features

They're pretty committed to their vision and mission. Teams are organized in an efficient way that doesn't leave room for distractions for individual contributors, which is fantastic. Good balance between engineering and delivery.
