- Senior leadership has an extremely high level of integrity, intelligence & humility (all three are so rare!) - Miro really cares about its customers and employees and walks the talk here Every. Cons
- Pace is extremely fast and output is focused on value and quality. Not a con per se but could be tough for people who are used to checking boxes or need explicit instructions to manage their day to day. Initiative, creativity and results are rewarded.
