      Pros

      -very decent pay -growth opportunities -good benefits - equity, 401k, etc -work life balance is good -successful product and continues to have a strong community

      Cons

      -processes are complicated, not streamlined and it can be hard to solve roadblocks and move fast -we grew fast and now figuring out how to build/ establish clear processes with the amount of growth -parental leave is not elaborate or competitive for a tech company

      - Hyper growth product with a passionate user base - Smart and diverse teams who value the culture, collaboration, and growth - Lots of opportunity to make an impact as the company adjusts to trends

      Cons

      - Hyper growth isn't for everyone: expectations are high, and there's ambiguity that comes with transition. Those who work well with those elements will thrive.

      - company is still doing well despite tough economic climate - users love the product & sentiment around brand/product is strong

      Cons

      - leadership misaligned with GTM teams currently (ex: quotas misaligned to exec priorities & company initiatives) - need to continue to differentiate in the market to remain market leader
