International working environment, good opportunities and relatively nice benefits. You do get your own freedom to be both creative and come up with ideas, and supervisors are feasible and the group culture is inspiring.

Cons

In some departments employee rotation is unfortunately very high but that does not apply to the whole company.

company culture is developing to become more feedback oriented, some new top managers on board who drive this process, especially HR in Vienna is a good advisor for managers, broad range of employee benefits offered, flexible working time, much space to develop and implement ideas, not very hierarchical
