Pros
Good experience organized company, did not payout bonus as claimed,but lower management issue and didn't seem to be corporate.
Cons
Employees on the floor told of shifts but understaffed leading to disgruntled workers working all the time. Penalized for taking the days they should have had off instead of being ethical about the schedule. Hard to employ people there but still need to work with them.
