If you like working 60+ hours a week on third shift the pay can be good. benefits package is better than most I have seen. The shift supervisors are good guys and will work with you.

Cons

In some departments, if you are low seniority, you may be subject to working any shift on any given week. The equipment breaking down may have you possibly working 72 hours a week to meet production schedule deadlines.

Pros

Mondi is a company that stresses on the safety of all their employees. There are constant commitees formed for the sole purpose of finding safer ways of conducting the processes already in place. They are also finding quicker, easier, and more streamlined ways for the press teams to apply these processes in order to cut changeover times and setup scrap.

Cons

I feel there is some excessive middle management utilized here because of the formation of these numerous commitees as if they need to fabricate tasks in order to justify the positions appointed to them when they were still owned by Nordenia USA.
