High pressure Standbys for a very old plant were dreadful Over-worked in terms of having to support all departments by sometimes doing their job It felt like a toxic environment and draining after only 3 months of work

Poor work life balance due to rotating swing shift work. Terrible training program, though they are making strides to improve it. Poor communication between management, shift supervisors, and HR department. Some policies are confusing. Pay is not really worth the toll swing work takes on your body when the state minimum wage is only a few dollars lower. I was told pay was non-negotiable and that everyone starts at the same pay rate, however the pay rate never increased but new coworkers started a month later making more without relevant experience.
