Global company with plenty of opportunities to advance. People are nice and salary is appropriate. Chances for personal development are definitely given

Cons

Working hours can be quite long some days and vacations have sometimes to be scheduled early in advance. There are quite a few company retreats which can be fun but also lengthy..

Mondi was a good entry position that taught me a lot about manufacturing.

The managers and coworkers are good at the plant level. They have good health care, dental and vision insurance. The pay is decent and the hours are great.

Cons

The upper management has poor communication and decision making skills. The machines are older than the other plants but operators still perform well.
