Global reach and perspective. Working alongside different nationalities gives you a better view of our current business climate

Cons

Groom employees for leadership positions. MD changeover is disconcerting. Set goals and realistic timelines and hold local management accountable. If they can't right the ship then it's time for a change.

Excellent directors whom have an excellent business acumen and track record of growing the Mondi group organically, the company has a very good academy offering training for all key employees.

Cons

Scunthorpe facility has an insidious middle management team who are destroying the business whilst filling their own pockets, they lack intelligence to drive the business forward.
