Aggressive, rapid decision making not always correct but will adjust as needed. Lack of Knowledge of NA culture.

Global company. Mondi Corp in Vienna is strong and willing to invest in new manufacturing equipment, supplies and training.

Cons

The local management team at the Jackson Missouri site has driven that plant into the ground. Went from highly profitable in 2013 to losing money in 2016 due to a new management team that makes rash decisions without due diligence to understand the impact. The senior management decision making process is solely due to a lazy, apathetic attitude.
