The Pleasant Prairie facility has an extremely safe atmosphere and has a clean environment. Other manufacturing facilities do not compare when it comes to safety. There is a lot of room for career advancement and expansion of manufacturing knowledge and training.

Cons

The employees are disgruntled and have poor attitudes believing they are underpaid and underappreciated. They compare their current career situation to other nearby job opportunities and whine and complain like children. There is a large turnover rate because the veteran employee to green employee ratio is so out of whack. New hires are getting their minds poisoned by current employees with their poor attitudes.

Management doesn't care about their employers anymore. New employees quickly see that they're not wanted by management and many people are leaving the company. High turnover rate, never heard of before, dont know how its still up.
