The people working here are very professional and reliable. The company faced difficulties in the past and now it is showing some improvements.

Cons

Some people's management isn't really good. People are great but assigned tasks are not usually respected. If you need challenges, don't expect to be asked. Go ahead and ask what you want to work on.

Pros

Mondi is a company that stresses on the safety of all their employees. There are constant commitees formed for the sole purpose of finding safer ways of conducting the processes already in place. They are also finding quicker, easier, and more streamlined ways for the press teams to apply these processes in order to cut changeover times and setup scrap.

Cons

I feel there is some excessive middle management utilized here because of the formation of these numerous commitees as if they need to fabricate tasks in order to justify the positions appointed to them when they were still owned by Nordenia USA.
