good benefits, Great upper management, Bonuses if meet quarterly goals, The Corporation really cares about all the different factories even though the company is based out of Austria, They have a good outlook for there future

Cons

They pay for all employees is on the low end, Not much room for advancement, The company really has a very low retention rate with cause for stress for trainers and mangers.
