Pros

It's very work life balanced. I don't have to work extra hours usually, you can always come back to it the next day. Boss is really nice, respects my hour and time after work. I think it's because I have a very reasonable boss, and everything is really nice.

Cons

Not very exciting. Not that much team building event. There's free lunch in the office but it depends on your location. Project is not as exciting as well, although I'm kind of in the most front running project. Not much challenging things to do. So not desired salary as well. Personally, I prefer work and learn as much as possible while I am still young and capable, and layback when I'm having family and kids. This right now is not the ideal status for me.
