      Toxic culture overshadowing competitive salary and progression

      Salary is competitive. Excellent progression for those willing to step on others.

      Cons

      Avoid this company at all costs. The culture is extremely toxic. This place will make you unwell. Within the Compliance function alone, in the past year, they have fired - with no notice - an MD who had just recovered from *cancer*, another colleague whose brother had just died from *suicide*, and another colleague whose visa depended on their job. I am trying to leave at the earliest opportunity. Everyone is.
