Acceptable benefits, great healthcare coverage, work life balance depends on your team

Cons

Multiple restructuring over the years to outsource operations, leading to termination of many great people who had been there for decades just to cut costs. Politics get in the way of actually making things work and it had to be done to save their own people, causing collateral damage along the way.
