Been working at MuleSoft for coming up to a year now, the salary, support, career progression and culture is incredible. I don’t think anything could have really been improved so far. On starting you have 3 months of on boarding and training, $250 for a headset, $250 for a home office. Regularly get take always expenses for events during COVID instead of travelling across the world for events (so looking forward to this when places open up)

The culture remains strong despite Salesforce acquisition Product is leader in its categories and great innovations around new trends Best market benefits from Salesforce Work-life balance has been a problem for years but COVID changed it upside down

Cons

Some improvement on diversity and inclusion could be done at every level.
