      Pros

      Once you get to know the product, its actually a great thing to sell.

      Cons

      I didn't feel management developed or trained the first time sales reps at all. My manager always asked if I needed anything, but being brand new to the role I didn't know what I didn't know. There just wasn't much development and I found it really hard to be successful at the job at first.

      Best company I've ever worked for....but

      Pros

      This is truly the best company I've ever worked for. However as with all previous start ups the pace is high as are the targets. Post Salesforce acquisition however this an amazing company to work for if you have a family.
