- The people, the culture, the work ethic, flat structure and amazing market opportunity all add up to a great working environment and career opportunity whatever your level of entry. I truly believe in what we are doing and that the people to the left and right of me are at the top of their game. There is a real team spirit and do what it takes mentality here. I believe that everyone's opinion is valued and everyone has an opportunity to feedback right to the top levels of management in the company on what's working and what's not working. Great platform, great people, great opportunity overall to make a real impact.

Cons

Its not a 9-5, you take your work home and sometimes the expectations in terms of performance and deliverables are extremely high and hard to achieve - but we do it anyway, because people who join this company are the kind of people who will rally the troops to get the job done. If you are looking for a clock in clock out kind of position, this won't be for you.

Committed and smart people trying to create something special. If you crave ownership, an ability to make a difference, an opportunity to shape something then its a wonderful place. A well differentiated platform, highly rated by customers, analysts and competitors. Building a new category. Few layers of admin or management and staffed by a good bunch of human beings. Prospects and customers love talking to you when you represent Mulesoft - we are agile, have a great solution, are very transparent throughout the process and act with a sense of humility.

Cons

There are very few cons about working here. If you want a 9 to 5 job this is not the place. You don't mind working the longer hours if you love what you do. This place is about work harmony - not necessarily work / life balance.

Pros

Everyone at MuleSoft is incredibly smart and dedicated to their job. The culture has remained strong as the company has rapidly scaled over the last year. I have learned quite a lot from my coworkers and enjoy coming into work every day.

Cons

The company is scaling quickly, so we are experiencing some growing pains. However, management is conscious of this and are doing their best to change management tactics and adjust as the team grows. It's not a 9-5 job, but no startup is.
