      * A company of good humans * Everyone driving for the same goals * Fast paced * Innovative * Founder's & CEO I respect

      Cons

      * Danger of burn-out if you're not careful * Have to be in the office all the time (pro's & con's) * Poor bens (Equity is not the answer, but typical Start-Up)

      Uncaheavable sales targets Internal politics with other Salesforce clouds makes it very hard to sell due to bureaucracy and internal competition for client budget Overly competitive market Heavy top-down management that is to make themselves look good and not facilitate the Salespersons success Rhetoric about diversity and inclusion is all for show and not actually believed
