Pros

- Exceptional benefits package - Opportunities for improvement - Diverse environment

Cons

- Environment characterised by toxicity. - Emphasis on individuality outweighs team values and collaboration. - Prevalent blame culture, particularly noticeable in the Sales teams and Solution Engineering team. - Management practices are notably deficient, lacking empathy and obstructing progress. - Instances of micromanagement and gaslighting are common. - Lack of support fosters feelings of inadequacy and often leads to imposter syndrome among employees.

Pros

Some people are great to be around.

Cons

As a person of color, I have had "racist" remarks made towards me, for example, one of my coworker said "I am a white male, I would love to see you try to surpass me". Other than that, I enjoy working here. Compensation for Seattle: I am greatly underpaid.

Pros

Once was a great company.

Cons

A burnout culture. Lots of lip service to work/life balance, but there quickly accumulated a layer of ladder climbers who burned people out like matches. Then a succession of C-level hiring mistakes. CMO, CHRO, CPO. Salesforce bought mulesoft, a good thing, but then as key players vested all their options people started jumping. Then people with zero technical background started running crucial internal projects to speed customer implementations. Marketers running tech projects. Rotating people through these projects as if enthusiasm was a substitute for raw skill and productivity. A culture of cliques who voted each other to get MVP awards. Same names and faces year after year. A dispiriting place to be, could almost hear the upbeat hope draining out of the company the last 2 years.
