Pros

The people here are great to work with. The work is challenging, the customers are high-profile, and the opportunities to grow are abundant. The benefits were excellent, which would probably be the hardest thing to leave (if I ever wanted to) since they are such a huge plus for a large family.

Cons

Salesforce is really starting to get involved with MuleSoft's business. It's not all bad, but for a company with so much energy and such a history of excellence in execution, it can feel a little intrusive when people from the "mothership" start questioning how we do things.

Pros

-You're surrounded by highly intelligent, driven, and above all kind people who want to see everyone succeed -Pay is competitive -You're part of the Salesforce umbrella, meaning massive sales opportunities, career opportunities, and you are confident that you are working for an employer that is committed to doing the right thing -You feel cared about by all levels of management -The technology you sell is the best of its class, which makes for great partnership discussions -The partner ecosystem is healthy and strong, but still presents plenty of opportunity to grow it and build your resume

Cons

Compensation for the partner team is so complex this year that it cancels out all of the "Pros". Nobody on the partner team knows how much they're supposed to be paid. This is due to system changes that are hopefully temporary, but also to the nature of the comp plans. I am not sure who designed them, but they are the opposite of motivating and extremely complex. Partner Managers currently spend an inappropriate amount of time logging tickets for their compensation instead of doing their jobs. This is extremely stressful. Management claims to be doing everything they can to fix it, but the problem is deeper than system migration issues.

Pros

Good pay because it’s part of Salesforce

Cons

Management is disconnected with realities on the ground. Only focus on certain countries while non focus countries don’t get any support
