Team is fantastic across the board. Everyone gets along and works towards common goals as a group. Market opportunity is vast and MuleSoft is in a great position to take advantage. Company meets up often to share knowledge and meet the global team. Clear strategy and direction for the company. Great pay and compensation. The only way is up for MuleSoft

Cons

Growing a bit too quickly for its own boots at the moment, some of teething problems. Workload is huge to try and support the massive growth.

Cons

Look deeper than surface-level delivery. Some of the most successful enterprise reps in the industry are thoughtful, measured, and strategic—not just loud or charismatic. If you want to build a team that closes complex deals, coach for presence—don’t look for reps to perform like they’re on a TED Talk
