Pros

Great onboarding considering fully remote during pandemic. Feels like a small startup, but with the resources of one of the biggest tech companies. Great benefits and management. Really seem to care about people. Therefore attracts the best talent who are all very happy to help.

Cons

Can be a little America centric sometimes, but this is improving even in my 6 months. Sometimes overly positive, needs some realism and constructive criticism sometimes. That being said, nothing major.

With Salesforce as the parent company, the name recognition is huge. Immense amount of resources to sell, amazing benefits and very talented teams.

Cons

Ever-increasing quota's and shrinking territories.

Benefits Vacation Time Paid Volunteer Time Wellness Days 100 Dollars per month on wellness

Cons

Hourly "Wellness" Days are unpaid Monthly Quota Need to be at 100% attainment for rolling six months to get promoted into another role AD leaders keep / pressure ADs to stay in roles and perform at 100% of quota while interviewing for other roles
