Pros

Good facilities, lunches provided for free, good social policies, flexible working that is flexible. It's enabling to have a finance function based in the UK that you can meet and talk to.

Cons

Uncompetitive bonus scheme - check details before you join. Management talk about the need to push down responsibility but do the opposite. You get shouted at quite a bit, but I guess that's a German thing.
