Pros

Good package with nice employee benefits. Safe job. Good worklife balance. Somehow (but not really) international. People with multiple backgrounds.

Cons

To belong to the right network is more important than skills ("old boys club"). Many managers are more focused on their own agenda than on client's and company's interest. Conservative. Slow decision making. Little degree of delegation, many people try to avoid responsibilty. Too much self-adulation.

Great people, in a overall amazing environment. Every employee was kind, I really enjoyed interning for Munich Re. The pay was a bonus.

Cons

Not many things to dislike about the company. The cubicles were very ugly and in weird locations but that seems to be it from a negative standpoint.
