Fair compensation. Market prominence and security. College reimbursement. Recognizes most holidays. Modern office environment. Current business software applications. Office locations close to major highways and high value realestate.

Cons

Non-exempt levels have unreasonable requirements and subjective management. No cafeteria for health concious people. Under one hour lunch. No professional incentives for non-exempt employees.

Great work environment. Company really cares about its employees. Long list of Employee Value Programs! Lots of development opportunities exist. Employee development is key here.

Cons

Limited autonomy. Parent company structure and philosophies are also rooted here which can be stifling and minimize creativity and innovation.
