- Good benefits. Salary depends on job grade and performance. - Staff are very professional. You can count on HR to handle what needs to be done efficiently. - There are opportunities to grow within the team if you work hard and be innovative. - Good location and amenities - Overall a stable company with a good reputation.

Cons

- The pandemic caused a company restructuring which led to employee retrenchments. Not sure if it is still a stable company now.

Good work life balance and good package

Cons

North manager tend to support north people, even though you do hard work and you are the deserving candidate for promotion for hike they wont consider you instead they will consider north people who doesn't put any efforts. Some north people doesn’t even work at all but still they will be entertained where as south people who work hard are given more work.
