Only pro that I can think of is Flexible Work Time allows one to beat peak Hyderabad traffic

Cons

- Chaos all around - No standardized process even though such a seasoned company - No stability after the company split - Constantly changing leadership leads to frequent priority changes - No comp-offs for overtime work on weekends and you are required to frequently work weekends - Promotions and recognitions are few - Poor appraisals and poor variable payout - Outdated HR policies - Frequently required to work longer hours to accomodate US counterparts - Even NRI leadership wants only Indian counterparts to stretch into the night for PI-planning and does not approve WFH, leading to unnecessary strain on IST employees - Regional Bias
