Pros

Major Change programme is impaction the NHS operating units at primary and secondary care level right now, with the introduction of Integrated Care Boards and the merging of care organisations at local level under a single management board. With the aim of increasing efficiency reducing competition and engendering improved collaboration. lots of opportunity for people with the right skills and approach.

Cons

Potentially too much change in one go, and the usual rush to complete to a deadline.
