They promoted me to a Specialist position and made me do the same thing round the clock

Pros

It fully remote work even before covid was a thing. Gained experience with international clients. Team energy was always high and got really cool learning opportunities.

Cons

They still use SAP Time Entry tool from 1995, it is slow and irrelevant, but they wouldn't know. They don't care about Employees. It is just a very unhealthy management.
