Pros

NTT is a japanese IT giant and hence it has more into Japanese culture which gives value for more work life balance. NTT is easily the best employee friendly company I have worked so far. If you're a person who gives value for work life balance then this is for you. Leave policies and mostly work from home options gives employees the flexibility. You will have Hands on to the most of the technologies into networking.

Cons

Internal promotion is bit less. Pay is modest.
