      Low pay, no career direction.

      Pros

      People are nice to work with and generally supportive.

      Cons

      Low salary, under market rates, with very little room to negotiate. Lower level employees are treated as cheap resources and put onto irrelevant projects not related to career choice.

      Ntt group has a strong global brand and world changing technologies Smart engineers with client focus and delivery Global footprint

      Cons

      Disabling insurance payment reduced payment from 65 years to ten. High overhead costs with lots of management overhead. Engineers are treated like a commodity. Favouritism amongst seniors executive team Pay is at the lower end of the market. Loyalty not rewarded. Seems like a sales organisation, lots of focus on numbers
