Pros

Good to start your carrier initially. Lot to learn from the patterns and practices followed. Growth becomes completely stagnant beyond 4-5 years especially if you are onsite.

Cons

Just a body shop, resources are not valued for what they are. They are only treated as pawns of a chess board. No salary hikes. Very less billing rate with clients make the environment worst. Does not matter what accolades you get from client, you end up getting very less hikes.

Offered an excellent compensation package. Benefits started day one. The office was in a good location. Everyone I worked with in the interview/hire phase was great, then....

Cons

My offer was rescinded the Friday before my start date on Monday. They stated it was due to client needs changing. It's pretty sad they let people resign from their jobs and then leave them with nothing.
