called as employee with medical and dental benefits.

Cons

can be retrenched with notice and severance package easily when tenure is terminated by client. No alternative given . Very dependant on client feedback and no career prospect within the company unless converted to permanent in client company. In short , called as employee but just another contractor with slightly more benefits. Lifespan is short!
