Pros
NTT Data has potencial leaders in IT industry. A chance to grow much better positions.
Cons
Less salaries. Due to day to day expenses are growing up but NTT Data salaries is not revising as per market values or Industry standardards for few resources. It is time to reveiw or revise the low end salary employees based on high exp Indivisuals and give a value to our own employees to grow better strengths in our own Org for a further future.
