      Flexibility , some good people who care for each other, training and comms

      Cons

      Very disparate structure not working cohesively .. everyone in one part call themselves VP level and lord it. Constant pressure on number without and new bus growth and disjointed integration. Partner eco system doesnt generate anything Constant external hires that don’t seem to add value and existing people don’t get a look in

      Some really wonderful people scattered over all levels. Pockets of real enthusiasm and drive to make meaningful change.

      Cons

      Very confusing management / org structure, with seemingly little talent in many more 'senior' positions. Antiquated approach to collaborative client solutions. Tech first approach, before ever getting to the heart of any challenges or properly understanding the true needs of their end-users.
