      Everything that was good about the firm has been eroded over the past couple of years.

      Cons

      The company in the UK has been going more and more downhill. Bonuses haven't been paid fully for years, pay rises are non-existent and people are very demotivated. Definitely avoid.

      Good prospecting tools and the company really spends money on their employees

      Cons

      Very unorganized structure and its setup for failure. Management protects tenured reps and if you’re new you will fail miserably. Management is really bad and a lot of micro management. No work life balance
