Unsustainable long work hours. Taken for granted employees will average 12-16 hour days, work weekends and attend meetings while on leave. Strong focus on aggressive sales target places huge unrealistic demands on employees with no consideration for impact on personal life, physical or mental wellbeing. Too much internal politics and empire building. Low diversity (ethnic, gender). Going through huge transition, revolving door of senior management exits, constantly restructuring internal teams and re-inventing propositions.

Stay FAR FAR away from the Healthcare accounts!!! Very chaotic and disorganized with too much emphasis on "reports" and "dashboards" Sr. Acct leadership is rude, condescending and disrespectful, having very little , if any, regard for anyone they're not already friends with from the "old days" As a leader, work/life balance is literally non-existent and its expected that you work 14hr days with meetings starting well before the sun comes up and often late in the evenings. Speaking of meetings... expect to spend 95% of your days in meetings with fellow internal NTT team members, to meet about the meeting you just met about to discuss the dashboard that was created to fix the other 3 dashboards that were created that no one looks at.
