      Terrible and expensive health insurance.

      Pros

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Health insurance for a high deductible plan for families is $900 a month! Raises don’t even match the rate of inflation, even for those employees that ‘exceed expectations’ HR does not exist Management ignores issues with ‘problem’ employees’ because of personal preference.

      Pros

      Co-workers for the most part are committed to the company even though the company does not reciprocate. Probably a great gig if you get an executive job since you don't have to work much and get paid a lot.

      Cons

      I was acquired from Dell Services and things went downhill fast. NTT is antiquated in their systems and thinking. Many of the managers are incompetent and their only accomplishment is not being qualified for another job so they have stuck around. Frequent layoffs of those doing the work in order to hire more executives that don't seem to do anything. No bonuses or raises for the last several years and no promotions. Payroll is horrible. No one seems to know anything and paychecks are constantly incorrect. I'm sure they will "fix" this by hiring another executive. Benefits are far worse than at Dell and much more expensive. Tiny 401K match.

      It was a steppingstone to a better career.

      Cons

      Values their employees less and less. When so many were quitting from the local office, they tried to retaliate by taking back five days pay from their final paycheck.
