Bullying was obviously happening to several employees, management was told numerous times but nothing happened, except for the bullied employees leaving. Those that did their job well got lumped with work that 'more senior' people couldn't be bothered doing and no one in management pulled them up on it, they were then expected to do extra hours to complete the work for nothing. Some employees got away with terrible behaviour and poor performance because they had been there for years and management were too friendly with them. Pay was low and the pay gap was quite large between men and women in several areas.

Massive waves of layoffs going on under the radar. I was laid off even though we were told that our positions were safe, due to the acquisition. Senior leadership and direct reports are disingenuous, disorganized and don't have a clue how to expand its healthcare IT footprint in the US. There is a lack of transparency and no strategic visioning. The bottom line is the bottom line.... upper management will reward themselves with bonuses and the underlings see no bonuses, or raises. Bonuses are at the manager's discretion, so you can work on the same team and some team members may get a "meager" bonus and you see nothing. Insulting and unethical.
