      Pros

      Honestly, none. This time last year I would have written a glowing review of a company on the rise. Right now, at least in the Americas, it's completely the opposite.

      Cons

      Americas C-Suite is devoid of strong leadership. Limited opportunity for variable pay because of comp structure. Most of the best talent either left or was squeezed out by political management. The so-called integration of DiData and Nexus created a massive void in the culture.

      Unlimited OT, Long Lunch Break, very relaxed environment. Make your own schedule

      Cons

      This company was recently bought out by NTT Data and is now know as NTT Data Consulting. I would advise you to stay far away from this company. If you want to move up you have to be willing to throw your other co-workers under the bus. This company has lots of lay-offs and are very selective on how they do it. If you have potential or care about your overall career they will let you go without hesitation. They want people who are worker bees and will do whatever management says without questioning. They want inside the box thinkers. Terrible benefits

      Sales Compensation Plan is abyssmal

      Pros

      None. It is difficult to get things done because the company is rigidly process-driven. Takes weeks to turn around quotes, and even longer to book actual orders. I spend most of my time making excuses to customers about our inability to get anything done in a reasonable amount of time.

      Cons

      Low base salaries, high/unachieveable quotas, and minimum achievement thresholds before ANY commission is paid. If you accept a sales position, negotiate the highest base salary you are able to get, because they are very stingy on commission payment.
