      Pros

      Large Organization spread across the globe, Good brand name, diverse practice lines.

      Cons

      HR is biased towards Management and not employee friendly. Immigration team is very sloppy. Support functions like HR, Immigration etc need to have accountability. No planned career growth, resources get stuck in a project for years. Runs like a staffing agency, especially in US region. No innovation. Not much of employee engagement.

      * Good pay and benefits * Talented employee pool * Great clients with a wide variety of projects to keep the work interesting

      Cons

      * Management is encouraged to place the almighty dollar above the needs of the client * Very long hours * Employees are completely dispensible, and are often scapegoated as a result of poor management decisions
