Pros
NTT overall is a good company It's good to get knowledge about the industry at the start of the career 1-2 years max.
Cons
(All the cons are based on service desk domain, which I've experienced.) they never let you switch to another domain toxic internal politics ( in the basises of promotions and outsiders ) after 2 years, nothing to learn new on service desk (if you're fresher to SD ) no fun activity no national holidays (if you want to take one, you need special permission and need to request 1 month before—but still manager can deny it, and you need to work on national holidays )
