1. Job security is good. No one will kick you out until you mess up big time. 2. Bonus is much better compared to competitors in the market like TCS or Infosys. 3. Work/Life balance is quite decent if you're not having wfh.

Cons

1. Literally all projects are bad, really bad. Most of them offer support related work. 2. Appraisals are very poor. 3. Work pressure is too much if you're lucky enough to get work from home. 4. In general, The work culture is not good, innovative ideas are not promoted and if you're joining as a fresher and want to learn and grow, this might be one of the worst places to start at.
