You need to be lucky to get good long term opportunities Most clients are good with the contract awarding for long term

Cons

Lot of politics involved during recommendation for onsite in India. Salary is very less after onsite return to India. Free pool management is not good. No proper career guidance on resources for acquiring cross skill development Campus hires are preferred for onsite than lateral hires in India
